My Journey Back to the Body

For much of my life, I lived from the neck up—pushing, striving, and tuning out the signals of my body. As a competitive tennis player, my body was my instrument, but I related to it through performance rather than presence. When I stepped away from that world, I found myself lost, unsure of who I was without the structure and identity I had built around achievement.

It wasn’t until I experienced profound loss—the unraveling of a long term relationship—that I truly came back to myself. Grief cracked me open, and in the depths of that process, I began working with plant medicine. I didn’t have the language for it at the time, but through plants, I found embodiment. Feeling, moving, listening—these became my way home.

Yet touch had always been a part of me, woven through my lineage in ways I had unknowingly disconnected from. My family has a deep relationship with hands-on care—massage, bodywork, and intuitive touch passed through generations. It wasn’t until I entered a new partnership, one filled with presence and attunement, that I recognized what I had been missing. And when I began massage school, something clicked. I was remembering, not just learning.

My Approach

My work blends therapeutic massage, nervous system regulation, and intuitive touch to create a space where you can feel deeply supported, heard, and connected to your body. Whether you’re seeking relief from tension, a sense of grounding, or a way to explore the emotional landscape of the body, I meet you where you are—offering a practice rooted in both skill and presence.

I believe touch is one of the most powerful ways we can reconnect with ourselves. My hope is to help you listen to your body in a new way, deepening your relationship with yourself through intentional, attuned care.
