My Journey Back to the Body

Movement has always been at the center of my life. As a competitive tennis player, I learned early on how finely tuned the body can be—and how easily tension, stress, and overuse can take hold. Over time, that curiosity about physical performance evolved into a deeper exploration of how the body holds emotion, memory, and energy.

Today, my work as a massage therapist centers on helping people reset their nervous systems, ease tension, and reconnect with a sense of safety and belonging in their bodies. My approach is intuitive yet grounded, blending therapeutic touch, presence, and breath awareness to support each client’s unique experience.

My own embodiment practice continues to evolve through movement, yoga, and energy work. Each session reflects that ongoing learning—a collaboration that invites you to slow down, listen inward, and come home to yourself.
