About Meghan
I’ve always had a deep connection with movement and the body. Growing up, tennis was my world, a space where I felt strong, attuned, and completely present. The rhythm of the game, the precision of each movement, and the ability to read my opponent’s body language taught me an unspoken language of physical awareness. But beyond competition, tennis gave me a deep respect for the body’s intelligence in the way it holds, adapts, and communicates beyond words.
Yet, like many athletes, I also learned what it meant to push past my limits, to override discomfort, and to disconnect from my body in pursuit of performance. It wasn’t until much later that I realized how often I had ignored my body’s quieter messages—the ones that asked for rest, care, and deeper listening.
That realization came after a significant turning point in my life. When a long-term relationship ended, I found myself untethered, feeling both lost and deeply called to rediscover myself. It was through touch—intentional, attuned, and deeply present—that I began to return home to my body. Bodywork became more than physical relief; it became a bridge back to self-trust, safety, and embodiment.
Now, as a massage therapist and bodyworker, my practice is rooted in that same philosophy: that the body holds wisdom, and when given the space to be heard, profound healing unfolds.
Beyond my work, I find restoration in nature—hiking through the pines, feeling the earth beneath my feet, and letting the stillness recalibrate my nervous system. Music is another language of presence for me, and I love playing guitar, feeling the vibrations resonate as a form of grounding. These elements—movement, music, and nature—are woven into my approach to bodywork, creating a space that feels safe, intuitive, and deeply connected.
My Vision
I see bodywork as more than just releasing tension—it’s about re-establishing trust within ourselves, allowing the body to process, integrate, and heal in its own time. My work is especially focused on supporting women at different life stages, guiding them through embodiment, emotional integration, and nervous system regulation. Whether it’s a woman reconnecting with herself after loss, a couple deepening their intimacy through touch, or someone simply seeking a moment of true presence, my goal is to hold space for them to return home to themselves.
This work is ever-evolving, and so is my learning. I am drawn to somatic healing, nervous system education, and trauma-informed approaches that honor the complexity of the human experience. As I continue my journey, I hope to blend these modalities in ways that support deeper, more integrated healing.
At the heart of it all, my work is an invitation—to soften, to listen, and to remember the wisdom that has always lived within you.
